Keeping Your Health in Mind

Our visits are conducted in person, outdoors, or virtually (on Zoom or by phone,)


 If you are ill, call us and we will determine how best to assess you, whether via telehealth, on our porch/in your car, or in the office.  


Hours: 

Monday and Tuesday    8:30 am - 3 pm

Wednesday - Friday       8:30 am - 5 pm

The Practice

Our Health Mission

 We believe healthcare is a partnership, and that our primary role is to support your body’s natural ability to heal and to help you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to enhance your health and the health of your family. We will seek to be allies on your healing journey, but ultimately it is your journey, and we will honor your choices.

We are leaving our current site, 4641 Valley East Blvd in Arcata CA

In January 2026 we will be at 991 10th Street in Arcata.
