Connie Basch, MD
Connie earned her Medical Degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and completed residency in Family Medicine in Martinez, CA. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine as well as Integrative and Holistic Medicine, has additional training in herbal medicine, mind-body medicine, and acupuncture and is certified in Functional Medicine since 2013.
She has recently been disciplined by the California Medical Board for stubbornly continuing to provide what she believes is the best care for patients with chronic pain, despite current guidelines which she believes endanger them ( and the emerging data is in her favor.) More about this here.

Juli is a CCMA who works as our Medical Assistant, manages our Remote Patient Monitoring services, tracks immunizations, and performs a multitude of other tasks. As many of you know, she fancies bunnies.

Amy works as a Medical Assistant for Full Circle. In addition to her clinical duties, she troubleshoots and tracks lab and xray results and helps to send and track referrals for our patients.

Erin is our biller and office manager, covers our front desk, and fills in wherever needed, keeping the practice afloat, managing our Quality Improvement programs, interfacing with various outside agencies, and more.
